1. Establishment of a network of environmental scientists, engineers, managers, consultants, etc. Please join our network. It is free. After you join, you will receive periodically information about the activities and initiatives of the Institute.
2. Expansion of this Web site. We are looking for volunteers who can dedicate just a few hours a month to collect useful information for environmental scientists. If you are an expert in a particular environmental field, even a small niche, please become a member and provide us periodically with updates on existing Web sites & contents, conference announcements, conference reports, project descriptions, summaries of publications, news, opinions, laws & regulations, etc. In particular, we are looking for qualified volunteers to take full responsibility for creation and maintenance of sections of this Web site. Your contribution will be fully acknowledged.
3. Publication of electronic books. Electronic books on CD-ROM provide a new way of presenting textbook information and the results of scientific research. They easily and inexpensively include color pictures, movies, animations, automatic searches, and web pointers. We encourage senior scientists to contact us for possible joint publication of electronic books.
4. Establishment of a Diploma in Environmental Sciences to be given to qualified applicants.
5. Establishment of interactive, Internet-based courses in environmental sciences and environmental computing.
6. Establishment of post-graduate
